Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not pleased with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused with the full packaging within seven days. Provided they are returned in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt we would gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.

If you are returning items for a replacement, please incude a cheque to cover the delivery cost.

If you require a refund, we will refund the original purchase price of the jewellery returned less the delivery cost.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Return goods to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail.

Where items are returned and the packaging has not been included, a deduction from the purchase price can be made at the discretion of Silverattitude.

All earrings are final due to hygiene reasons and returns are only excepted due to the item being defected. 

Damaged goods: Please check your goods on delivery. From the time the goods are delivered any loss or damaged shall be your responsibility.  If any package is delivered damaged or faulty you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and let us know us within 5 days of delivery. All damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us with full details of the damage/fault and all original packaging.  If you do not inform us within 5 days, we will unfortunately be unable to accept liability for any items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery. Please inform us by email at info@silverattitude.co.uk including all order details within the correspondence.  Jewellery damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra cost with free delivery.  

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 5 days from delivery.

In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 5 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Order Cancellatio
n: Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days following placement of order, please inform us by email at info@silverattitude.co.uk and include all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.
